"International Fund Apsny" continues its work in Baslakhu village, Ochamchira district. The staff of “International Fund Apsny” visited the family of Yamze Zarakua. There are seven children in the family, the youngest one is 5 years old and the eldest is 16. Yamze brings up 7 children, three sons and four daughters, alone, without a husband. Her mom helps her in raising the children. Yamze is the only breadwinner in the family, as her mother is retired. She divorced with her husband more than two years ago, and there is no assistance and support from his side. Yamze is leaving to work at daybreak in order to get to Kindyg on time, where she works in greenhouses for growing vegetables.
This large family lives in difficult living conditions; the house needs major repairs and is not heated in winter. The Fund representatives Asida Inapshba, Demian and Mejit Gogua previously assessed the financial situation, determined the most necessary things for this family and brought refrigerator, water heater, water tank, TV, electric kettle, etc.
"I do not know how to find words in order to express my gratitude to the President Sener Gogua and staff of the Fund for their attention and support. I wouldn’t be able to purchase all this in the near future since my earnings is only enough to buy food for my large family. It is very difficult, but I don’t lose courage, the most important thing for me is to see my children healthy, and I would like to say that the world has good people "- said a smiling and happy mother of many children Yamze Zarakua, despite her tiredness.
