NART-TV and "Kuban" NGO met with the President of the Republic of Abkhazia

The visit of the delegation from Jordan the representing  of the public organization "Kuban" and the TV channel "Nart-TV" in Abkhazia. The delegation came with theinvitation of the "International Fund Apsny".

In accordance with the program  the last day of the visit was with the President of Abkhazia Raul Khadzhimba. At the begginig of the meeting the President  thanked  guests for coming and conveyed greetings to our compatriots from Jordan. The main goal of the arrival of our compatriots into Abkhazia is to establish cooperation, cultural and information interaction of the Caucasian diaspora in Jordan with Abkhazia by the means of the TV channel "Nart-TV" . He thanked the guests for this opportunity and noted the importance of the work carried out by the television channel. It promotes the unification of the Caucasian peoples and promised personal support in promoting this issue.

The head of the "International Fund Apsny" Sener Gogua accompanied the delegation. He said that work with the Diaspora in Jordan began several years ago and it is already giving results which helped bring together not only compatriots with their historical ties to the homeland but also the development of relations between Abkhazia and Jordan.

The head of the delegation from Jordan, Basel Hajtas, thanked Raul Khadzhimba for the warm welcome and understanding of the situation: "Wherever we live, we are all brothers, we have one culture and our goal is to preserve it, our traditions and language. Abkhazia is an example for all of us and that is why it is important for the TV channel Nart-TV that the Caucasian Diaspora in the whole world have the opportunity to watch the broadcasts about Abkhazia in the Abkhazian language. "

Further, within the framework of the program the negotiations were held with the head of the "International Fund Apsny" Sener Gogua. The meeting discussed the prospects for cooperation of the fund with the organization "Kuban". The sides discussed the areas of further cooperation and agreed on the establishment of joint projects. Following the meeting, the "International Fund  Apsny" and the Public Organization "Kuban",as well as the TV company "Nart-TV" signed a Protocol of Intentions.
