The “International Fund Apsny” together with our partner, Rostov company “Biofarma” from Rostov city provided assistance to: Gudauta, Sukhum, Ochamchira, Tkuarchal and Gal rehabilitation centers.

This assistance was provided in accordance with the applications received by the “International Foundation Apsny” from rehabilitation centers.

Air conditioners, massage tables, medical equipment, as well as equipment for teaching children with disabilities to work independently, various household appliances, office equipment and simulators, all costing around one million rubles.

Within the framework of our project “Health”, “International Fund Apsny” and ICF “Ashana” invited the leading orthopedist of Armenia to Abkhazia, who performed three complex operations for children diagnosed with cerebral palsy.

Within the framework of the “Aguabziara” (Health) project, the “International Foundation Apsny”, together with the Fund “Ashana”, arranged the visit of a leading children's orthopedist from Yerevan. The first examination of patients took place today in Gudauta, in the Center for Social Adaptation and Rehabilitation "Asarkial". By priority, the children with cerebral palsy were examined. Those patients who, with the support of the “International Fund Apsny” and the Fund “Ashana”, underwent operations in Armenia came to the reception, and doctor was pleased with the results.

Honored worker of culture of Abkhazia, Adile Abbas-ogly, the Commander of the Order "Akhdz-Apsha" of the II degree, celebrates her 98th birthday.

The victim of Stalinist repressions, the only surviving member of the family of Nestor Lakoba, Adile left her notable mark in the history of our country. In 1938, Adile was repressed because she was a relative of Nestor Lakoba. In 1953, she was rehabilitated and returned to Sukhum. She described her tragic life in the book "I Can not Forget".

A large family of Temur Shakaya and Svetlana Gabnia resides in the village of Uarcha of the Gulrypsh district. Today is a joyful event in this family, the thirteenth child was born, baby Madlena. Madlena has five brothers and seven sisters: Santa, Samantha, Sabina, Sabrina, Saida, Said, Santana, Alexey, Gudisa, Almas, Amina and Leon.

In the direction of its activities to support the educational institutions of Abkhazia, the NGO "The International Fund Apsny" handed over to the boarding schools of the city of Sukhum, Ochamchira, and the village Kaldahuara 500 sets of bed linen, of which 200 pieces for each boarding school in Sukhum and Ochamchira, and 100 pcs. for boarding of Caldahuara village. This assistance was possible due to the Abkhaz diaspora in Turkey, namely, a group of our compatriots headed by Ilkhan Kuadzba.

Today, within the framework of the “Apeips” project, the representatives of the “International Fund of Apsny”, Asida Inapshba and Sirma Ashuba, visited the family of Mary Bartsyc-Agrba in the village of Duripsh in the Gudauta district, who, at a venerable age, brings up two grandchildren, Ivan and Diana. Ivan and Diana were orphaned at a very young age. Their parents Roman and Tanya Agrba died when the elder Ivan was not even ten years old. Ivan and Diana are already in high school, showing great success in studying and supporting their grandmother.

Today, in the morning, the office of the "International Fund of Apsny" was visited by a woman with all her six kids. She asked for clothes and shoes for them. Children of all ages: among them preschool children, schoolchildren, and the eldest son attends the secondary school of Sukhum. It was difficult to stay indifferent in the face of charming children in lightweight spring shoes in February.

Today, the “International Fund of Apsny” and llc "Biopharma" from Rostov, held another charity. As part of its activities aimed at supporting rehabilitation centers in Abkhazia, the "International Fund Apsny", together with its partner, LLC "Biopharma" brought household chemicals, diapers, warm blankets and baby food to the center.

The management of the Rehabilitation Center expressed gratitude to the Foundation and Biofarma for its support, which, as noted by the Director of the Center, Mr. Lasha Papava, "proved to be timely and very necessary for the work of the Center".
